What are showroom hours?

Our showroom is located inside the Madison factory and available without an appointment the hours the factory is open.  From about 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, M-F.  If you need access other than this time, call to make arrangements.

I see a "Designer Login".   What's in the the toolbox and how can I get the password?

The Designer Toolbox is password protected and includes printable forms in .pdf format.  Included are:

• Design Side Product Dimensions
• Design Side Retail Price List
• Madison Quick Ship List
• How Design Side Works with Designers and Staging Professionals

To obtain the login, email Pam for instructions on where to fax credentials.

What kind of things can I customize?? 

You can

• choose your fabric - either from COM or from our showroom
• your size - especially handy for your sectional needs
• your fill product - or the 'sit' of the piece - even choose down/down wrap
• Bases/ Legs

What is the turn-around time?

For a regular item, already in the line we like to allow 6 to 8 weeks.  If we're building you a new piece, times vary but allow 8 - 10 weeks.  As always, our goal is make you look good to your customers.  If you have a deadline, please let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to meet your timeframe.

So what's the deal with the fabrics?

Our pricing includes a fabric selection.  In our basic line, we have an A/B/C pricing structure, but have higher end fabrics as well.  We encourage all our designers to check out our fabrics whenever possible.  While you may not find the perfect fabric for EVERY client, it's a tremendous value for you and your client if you do. 

Our pricing is mill-direct and as such is a tremendous value.  Many of the fabrics you see, you'll recognize from your some of your favorite fabric vendors.  Should you not find the perfect thing, COM is always an option and is priced at "A" or "B" grade depending on difficulty of pattern match.  You may visit the showroom and check out samples if you have an immediate need or let us order you memo samples if you're planning ahead!

For general questions, to set up a showroom visit (especially the first time) or client assistance,  email Pam . 

Once your order is ready to be placed and you've questions or concerns with construction or fabrication issues,  email Bob .

What is your warranty?

Do you have an email/mailing list?

We do!  When we have new information to report, a great new piece we've built, or a new style added to the showroom, we will send out an email notification.  We use StreamSend to manage our client contact information.  If you'd like to be added to our mail list, please click here & fill out the form.  We never sell names and do not bombard you with email offers.  You can remove yourself quickly and easily at any time.

• Sectionals - almost all our sofas can be created into the perfect sectional.

• Ottomans - round, square, oval, rectangles - in leathers or fabric
• Sleepers - We use a wonderful Englander spring mattress in our sofas to create a comfortable hide-a-bed.
